The Indiana Emergency Medical Services Commission will meet January 22, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Columbus Regional Hospital – Kroot Auditorium, 2400 East 17th Street, Columbus, Indiana 47201. Click here to see the map. All waiver requests must be received by January 8, 2010 in order to be placed on the agenda for the January 22, 2010 meeting.
Note: For those of you that will be using electronic and/or computer aided mapping tools to find the hospital for the meeting, when using the hospital’s address (above) you will be taken to the south side of the hospital near the emergency entrance and the south entrance. Free parking is available on the west side of the campus – please enter off of Haw Creek Avenue (just west of the emergency department/helipad) using the 18th Street entrance, pass between the medical office buildings, and cross the bridge over Haw Creek. Free parking will be available on either the left or right side and the main entrance to the hospital will be straight ahead.
